INDIFFERENT was founded with a clear intention: to create garments that embody the philosophy of Stoicism—quiet strength, discipline, and indifference to what lies beyond one’s control.

The brand began as a personal pursuit—a desire for clothing that felt grounded rather than loud, intentional rather than trend-driven. Inspired by the writings of Marcus Aurelius, and first brought to life through a hand-drawn sketch of his equestrian statue in Rome, that image became the foundation of our debut release. Each piece serves as a wearable reminder of composure, clarity, and remaining unfazed.

Today, INDIFFERENT stands as an expression of considered minimalism—where elevated silhouettes meet uncompromising construction. Every garment is fully cut-and-sew, developed from the ground up, never from blanks. Fabrics are engineered from scratch. Unique stitch techniques, hand pigment dyeing, and custom finishing processes—including fade-outs, corrosive sprays, and hand distressing—ensure no two pieces are ever identical. Subtle details, from hem embroidery to muted, restrained tones, carry Stoic meaning throughout the collection.
