The Equestris Hoodie is constructed as a study in restraint — heavy, structured, and deliberately reduced.
A faint hand-etched rendering of the Equestrian Statue of Marcus Aurelius appears on the back — intentionally subdued, designed to reveal itself over time. The front carries a line from Meditations: “to be indifferent to what makes no difference.”
Cut from a dense yet breathable 450 GSM organic cotton loopback jersey, the silhouette features heavily dropped shoulders and a shortened, high-cropped hem. Ribbing at the cuffs and hem is intentionally omitted, allowing the fabric to fall and move naturally — closer to a Roman paenula than modern sportswear.
Each piece is sun-fade washed to create subtle tonal variation — no two garments age identically. Reinforced shoulder and hood seams provide structure without rigidity, while raw edges preserve the honesty of the cut.
